Important: This is the public privacy notice for Rani Sati Dadi. It is written to describe the production app's currently intended data practices. The operator may update this page when services, integrations or legal requirements change.
1. Who we are
Rani Sati Dadi is a Shree Rani Sati Dadi devotional, seva and Marwari community application. For privacy-related questions, the service can be contacted at support@ranisatidadi.com.

2. Information we collect
The exact information processed depends on the features you use. We may process:
- Account information: name, email address, mobile number, city and account/login identifiers.
- Profile and community information: information you choose to add to your profile, posts, comments, submissions, reports and other user-generated content.
- Uploaded content: documents, PDFs, audio, images or other supported content that you voluntarily submit through available app features.
- Payment and order information: order IDs, transaction references, payment status, amount, payment type and related reconciliation information. Full card numbers, CVV values, UPI PINs and banking passwords are not intentionally stored by Rani Sati Dadi.
- Device and app information: device/platform information, app version, network-related information, crash or diagnostic information where provided by enabled services, and identifiers needed to keep the app secure and functional.
- Push-notification identifiers: Firebase Cloud Messaging registration tokens so that notifications can be delivered to the appropriate device.
- Location information: approximate or precise location information may be processed when a location-related feature is enabled and you grant the requested Android permission.
3. How we use information
We use information only for legitimate service purposes, including:
- creating and securing accounts and providing app functionality;
- showing spiritual, devotional, community, darshan, granth, seva and related content;
- processing, verifying, reconciling and supporting donations, seva contributions, subscriptions and other enabled payments;
- sending notifications and important service updates;
- moderating user submissions and protecting the community;
- providing customer support and responding to requests;
- preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and technical attacks;
- maintaining, troubleshooting and improving the service; and
- meeting applicable legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.
4. Payments and donations
When you make a donation, seva contribution, subscription payment or other supported transaction, payment processing is handled through the payment gateway configured for Rani Sati Dadi, including Payment Gateway where enabled.
Rani Sati Dadi sends the payment gateway the information necessary to create and verify the transaction. We may retain transaction identifiers, order identifiers, payment status, amount, timestamps and related records for receipts, reconciliation, fraud prevention, customer support, disputes, accounting and legal obligations.
Rani Sati Dadi does not intentionally store your full payment-card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. The payment provider may collect and process payment information under its own privacy policy and terms.
5. Service providers and third parties
Rani Sati Dadi may use trusted third-party services that help operate the app. Depending on the production configuration, these may include:
- Firebase services for push messaging and other enabled application infrastructure.
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for advertising where ads are enabled in the app.
- Payment Gateway for payment processing, order creation and payment verification where enabled.
- Web hosting/database providers that host Rani Sati Dadi's backend and stored service data.
These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies as applicable. Rani Sati Dadi does not sell personal information.
6. Location information
Rani Sati Dadi may request Android location permissions for features that require location-based information. Location is not required for ordinary use of features that do not need it.
You can control location permission through Android settings. Disabling the permission may make certain location-related features unavailable.
7. Notifications
Rani Sati Dadi uses push-notification infrastructure such as Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver relevant notifications. A device notification token may be associated with your account so that the service knows where to send the notification.
You can control notification permission through Android settings. Some versions of Android may show notification controls separately from other app permissions.
8. Community posts and uploads
When you submit content through community, media, document, feedback, medical-help or other upload features, the submitted information may be stored on Rani Sati Dadi's backend and may be reviewed by authorized administrators for moderation, verification, fraud prevention or service delivery.
Do not upload sensitive information unless the relevant feature specifically asks for it and you are authorized to provide it. You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not unlawfully disclose another person's private information.
9. Retention and account deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, complete transactions and satisfy legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Users may request account deletion through the available account/deletion mechanism in Rani Sati Dadi or by contacting support@ranisatidadi.com.
When an account is deleted, we aim to delete or anonymize personal information that no longer needs to be retained. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, audit or legal records may need to be retained for a limited period where required or permitted by law.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including HTTPS for network communication, access controls and server-side handling of payment credentials.
No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Rani Sati Dadi is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental consent is legally required. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
12. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing of your personal information. You may also control Android permissions such as notifications and location through your device settings.
