Rani Sati Dadi Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of Rani Sati Dadi collects, uses, stores, shares and deletes information when you use the Rani Sati Dadi mobile application and related services.

Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, Rani Sati Dadi may process account information such as your name, email address, mobile number, city, profile information and account identifiers; content that you submit; device and notification identifiers used for push notifications; information needed to operate location-related features; and transaction/order records associated with donations, seva or Premium services.

Payments

Payments are processed through our payment service provider. Rani Sati Dadi does not intentionally store your full card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. Transaction references and payment status may be retained to provide receipts, reconcile payments, prevent fraud and support customer service.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide app features, process and verify payments, send notifications, moderate user submissions, provide support, maintain service security, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that are necessary to operate the service, such as payment processing, cloud hosting, analytics/advertising or push notification infrastructure, as applicable to the production configuration. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute and legal purposes.

Account deletion

Users can request deletion through the account deletion option in Rani Sati Dadi. We will delete or anonymize associated personal information subject to legally required retention and the terms described above.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS and server-side protection of payment credentials. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.
